Scott and Carolyn own lot 25 in the 41 Ranch Subdivision in Rocksprings, Texas. Actually, 41 Ranch is about 20 miles east of the center of Rocksprings, off Texas Hwy 41. Lot 25 is 67 acres in size and is shaped like a diamond.

The lot is comprised primarily of cedars with a large number of oak trees on the north end of the property.
